In doing so, New Centuri Properties was created to service our Residential and Commercial Sales while Garner Group Development was the sole heir of our line of fine custom homes and commercial development projects--both as companies under W. Garner Enterprises, LLC. Three Years later and due to diligent work ethic and vision, we experienced a tremendous period of growth. This achievement brought about recognition and an induction into the 2007 Aggie 100 class as being the No. 5 company with a growth rate of 163.75%.
